SENCO Assist
An online portal for SENCOs and schools, providing guidance, CPD and online resources to assist you in understanding and exercising your role, duties & responsibilities in respect of the SEN system.
The role of a SENCO is becoming increasingly demanding, with growing expectations to meet statutory requirements, keep up with changing legislation, and balance day-to-day responsibilities. Tribunal appeals and disability discrimination claims add further pressure, yet reliable, up-to-date information is often hard to access, leaving SENCOs without the clear guidance they need.
The SENCO Assist online portal offers a simple solution by bringing everything together in one place. With access to key information, practical resources, CPD, FAQs, webinars, and a dedicated hotline. It saves time, ensures compliance, and empowers SENCOs to focus on what matters most—supporting children and young people.
SEND REFORMS – The government has announced that it intends to make significant changes to the SEN system. SENCO Assist is monitoring those proposals and will keep our members up to date through the SENCO Assist online portal.
